Certified Welder Program
Are you wanting to start a new career or maybe advance your current skills? Welding is a dynamic industry, which means there are always opportunities to learn. You can develop new skills, discover the latest technology, brush up on foundational principles, or prepare for a certification.
CMT’s welding program is a comprehensive 300-hour hands-on training program. The program is taught by industry professionals who are knowledgeable in all aspects of welding. After successfully completing the Certified Welder (CW) Program each student will have the opportunity to become an AWS Certified Welder. The certification will verifying that a welder can work with certain codes and contracts, certifications can also attest to a welder’s ability to work with specific metal thicknesses, certain types of welds and other specific welding considerations.
